Hi! I’m Nicole 👋🏻

I have 10 years of experience in B2B GTM strategy in the talent development and talent acquisition products.  My experience includes roles in product marketing and full cycle sales.  My background spans big tech having worked at LinkedIn/Microsoft to start-ups.

My superpower is zeroing in on product solutions that will drive revenue.  My instincts around what compels customers to make purchase decisions are sharp due to my time in sales as a quota carrying rep. I know how to separate critical signals from the noise and strategically translate them into insights that influence the product roadmap and how the product is positioned, messaged and brought to market.

I am a full stack, 0-1 product marketer. I know how to craft the overall go to market strategy as well as drive execution at a tactical level at all stages of the product development cycle. This full stack experience stems from launching career development features for LinkedIn Learning as well as having lead beta programs to test MVP features for LinkedIn Talent Solutions. 

I operate at the intersection of ideation and execution.  I’ve had the privilege of learning from best in class product marketing orgs like LinkedIn, but I am also scrappy having worked at start ups before that. As a result, I know how to translate go to market problems into actionable go to market plans that I execute on with a cross functional team.

Outside of work, you can find me in a heated pilates class, training to qualify for the 2027 NYC marathon, checking out another bookmarked NYC restaurant on my google list, and tinkering with AI :)
